DiPlacido Development Corp. (DDC) was founded in 1992 by the owner Thomas DiPlacido as a residential building company concentrating on single-family homes.
DDC has expanded into being a development/general construction firm. From bringing raw land through the permitting process, construction of the infrastructure, and building single-family residential homes as well as commercial buildings, DDC prides itself in bringing projects from start to finish.
DiPlacido Development Corp. has been building quality single-family homes for over 30 years. Their main focus has been on residential developments in the Norfolk and Wrentham communities. Successful development projects include Wampanoag Estates in Wrentham, The Village at River’s Edge in Norfolk, Eagle Brook Village in Wrentham, Winding Hollow in Norfolk, and the many mixed-use buildings.
